The ability to throw includes three components:

• Accuracy
• Strength
• Quickness

All three aspects can be improved through proper mechanics and practice.  

National Diamond Academy will be at Beechmont to offer girls from the ages of 8 to 14 instruction on throwing that will include drills that can be practiced after they leave the camp.  

We will work on the grip, arm motion, footwork and throwing drills to improve the three components of throwing.

This camp is primarily for those that struggle with throwing but even those that throw okay can develop a better, quicker and stronger arm.

Note:  This is not a pitching camp.  It is a camp to work on overhand throwing.
