You have asked for more classes and here we go. BBQ Pit Stop has started a Pro Series of classes where we will bring you our local pros to teach bbq, sous vide, dutch oven and how to cook on all different styles of cookers. This is the first one of many classes to come.
Curtis F Nations and Fidel Astorga from the Utah BBQ Company have teamed up with Snake River Farms and BBQ Pit Stop to bring you an all Wagyu beef class. Meats covered in the class will be Bavette Steaks, Tri-Tip and Beef Ribs including 2 sides. A lite lunch will be provided for all those that sign up for the class. The class will be on March 14th (10 am to 1 pm) and the fee for the class will be $55.
