Cradles and SpladlesDate:  June 15-17Time:  9am - noonLocation:  Capital HS Wrestling RoomClinicians:Kelly Bartlett and Jeff KloetzerPurposeDuring this 3 day mini-camp we will review and cover the foundations of technique that is necessary to be successful at Capital HS.  This will give any wrestler the foundation of good wrestling technique that will help them to be successful at every level, but more importantly give them a jump start to the 2015-16 wrestling season.  We are fortunate to have Coach Kloetzer (Coach of the 2015 State Champion Caldwell Cougars) who will teach the Cradle techniques that have helped make Caldwell famous for their deadly Cradles and Spladles.  Coach Bartlett will be covering some of the basic techniques that have made Team Bullcatcher nationally recognized. The Buck's Summer Duals will take place Thu, Fri, and Sat following this camp @ Capital HS.  All Middle School and High School wrestlers are encouraged to compete.  (There is no additional cost for current or future Capital wrestlers!)
