High Altitude Women's Wrestling Camp in Lake Arrowhead, CaliforniaDates: June 28 - July 1, 2016

Eligibility: Ages between 8 and 18 (exceptions for older and younger will need to be approved. Please contact Marcie Van Dusen at mvdwrestlingcamps@gmail.com.) MVD camps are designed for a variety of experience levels from beginners to advanced. Camp counselors and sessions are designed specifically to enhance all athletic abilities.
Overview: Each athlete will be placed on a team once they arrive to camp. Each team will be made up of 8-10 women and a designated coach. Every activity the athletes participate in they will have an opportunity to earn points. The team with the most points at the end of camp will be crowned "Camp Champions" and receive camp warm-ups and a gear bag. Duals: Each night, campers will have the opportunity to put their lessons into action with dual meets. We run an eight-woman bracket and wrestle to determine the top three teams. The athletes will earn points for their team during the duals through their individual and team performance.
Activities: MVD Wrestling Camps gives attendees much more than an advanced insight to the sport of wrestling. They also have fun while appreciating the nature of competition and sportsmanship. We arranged a wide selection of activities to take place, including:
- Water Skiing (cost TBD)
- Boxing Classes ($12)
- Hiking
- Additional Mat time
- Shopping in the Village
- Swimming in the pool
Our Facility: The San Bernardino National Forest provides the perfect backdrop. The solitude of this majestic setting gives camp attendees the opportunity to focus on improving and advancing their wrestling skills. Our facilities include:

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by June 12, 2015 in order to receive a refund of the registration fee, less the $100 non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be given after June 12, 2015. Substitutions will be accepted with advanced notice or credit will be given with medical verification.
