BBMJ Youth Health Sports Camps is a non-profit organization which utilizes sports to introduce the importance of total body fitness and health and wellness. During the regular school year, we travel to local Sacramento Elementary Schools and operate on school site after school hours.  BUT, during the Summer, we offer low cost summer camps. These camps help fund our free camps throughout the school year. While we take pride in the content of all our camps, our spring and summer camps are catered to individual sports levels (beginner, intermediate, advance). With more staff and more time, it allows us to cover a lot more in sports and total body fitness.Our camps will teach the youth proper stretching techniques, the importance of and how to maintain proper nutrition and also how to maintain total body fitness through simple exercises. These lessons only take up a small allotment of time, but is beneficial for the development of an athlete. All of our lessons are engaging and are taught in a fun and active way. We teach one sport at a time. This camp will cover Basketball.Basketball Camp is catered to your camper's individual level of performance.  BBMJ teaches a variety of skills. Your camper will improve their dribbling, footwork, shooting, passing, confidence and more. Our experienced Coaches will teach in a fun environment, and each Coach truly wants to develop your camper to their full potential. Our Organization’s goal is skill development and teaching how to play the game with the proper tools and positive learning environment.
