The 8th Annual Gridiron Dreams Football Academy is Back in the Boise and Better than ever before! Join us June 3-4, 2017 as we take our camp back where it all began! The Blue! At Alberstons Stadium. Join us for a weekend of football and speed fundamentals from some of the greatest to put on the Blue & Orange for Boise State University. 2017 Headlining NFL Achievers include Super Bowl Champion and Idaho Native Shea McClellin, of the New England Patriots, Doug Marting & Jeremy McNichols of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tyrone Crawford of the Dallas Cowboys, and NFL veteran Wide Receivers Austin Pettis, and Legedu Naanee. They will be accompanied by over 15 other former Broncos a majority which have NFL experience. Gridiron Dreams staff of Achievers will be on hand for a non-padded instructional camp sharing their many years of premiere coaching and experience to our campers! Camp will consist of a two-day, three session camp for ages 6-18. Campers age 12-18 will have two days (Sat/Sun), while our younger camp group ages 6-11 will have one session Saturday. Additionally for the 8th consecutive summer campers will receive speed training from international speed coach Rick Hagedorn. Spots are limited and registration is cut off May 25, 2017! Gridiron Dreams Football Academy is a youth football camp assembled by former Boise State Broncos Alex Guerrero and Jerard Rabb in 2009 in hopes to mentor youth in the Treasure Valley. Gridiron Dreams mission is to impact camp participants through a "By Athletes, For Athletes" coaching approach. Past camp mentors include current NFL athletes Jay Ajayi, Doug Martin, Matt Paradis, Tyrone Crawford, Shea McClellin, Kyle Wilson, Ellis Powers, Jeron Johnson, Ryan Clady, Charles Leno and former Boise State Stars Jared Zabransky, Nate Potter, Richie Brockell, Gabe Linehan, Drisan James, Ryan Putnam, Ian Johnson, Chris Carr, Austin Pettis, Mike Coughlin, Jeramy Avery, Chase Baker, Marty Tadman, Legedu Naanee, Khyree Marshall, Tyler Shoemaker, Ryan Winterswyk, Derrell Acrey, Dustin Kamper, Tanyon Bissell, Tommy Smith, Jovan Hutchinson, Chuck Hayes, Jarrell Root, Byron Hout, Taylor Tharp, Aoron Tevis, Shane Williams Rhodes, Nate Sparks, Jeremy McNichols, Brett Rypien. Gridiron Dreams Football Academy was founded to impact athletes around the community and implement strong messages about on-field success and off-field commitment and passion. Gridiron Dreams will feature a three day camp for ages 7-18 consisting of non-padded football and speed fundamentals. Athletes ages 12-18 will participate in two sessions on June 2-3, while athletes ages 7-11 will participate in one session, June 3rd. Friday will be the combine prep session for ages 12-18 (see details below) will be hosted at Timberline High School (701 E Boise Ave, Boise, ID 83706). Both camp sessions on Saturday will be at Albertson's Stadium on "The Blue"! Sunday will be back at Timberline High School.
Official camp itinerary will be released at a later date. Participants will receive one-on-one coaching from mentors currently participating in the highest level of football.
