Little Musicians Summer Camp 2017
For Children 4-6 Years Old; no previous music experience required.
Time:
Monday – Friday 9am - 12pm
Session 1 August7,2017- August 11,2017
Session 2 August 14, 2017 – August18, 2017
In this one-week long music camp, our young musicians will:
Play music games
Try out playing piano and violin
Learn to play a few simple songs as a handbell choir.
Make some cool home-made instruments
Expose to different musical genres.
About the Lead Instructor:
As a passionate music educator, Dr. Yufen Chou has almost 20 years of experience teaching piano and violin to students of all ages and levels. She believes music is one of the most important things for all humans and especially crucial for children's developments. In her music studio, lesson time is fun, laid-back and productive in the same time. Currently, Dr. Chou runs her own music studio and teaches as adjunct piano instructor in Trinity Washington University and Prince George's Community College.
