GYM Life is thrilled to be able to offer our youth an opportunity to learn from individuals who have played on the collegiate and NFL level.  The goal is to teach different techniques and skills that can be used to give an advantage not only on the field but in the game of life. Joe and a staff, which includes coaches from local high schools, active college players and professional athletes, will instill the importance of education through personal interaction.

What to Bring: Cleats, active-wear (shorts & shirt), personal needs (e.g. inhaler, medical needs) and mouth piece (optional).
