SCHEDULE

8:45 – 9am: Instructor Introduction and warm-up

9am - Noon: Instruction and drills

12 –12:45pm: Lunch Break*/Question and Answers

*Please bring your own lunch, LUNCH IS NOT PROVIDED. We will be having a picnic style session in the shade while we eat lunch. 

*Water will be provided, please bring water bottles.

12:45 – 3:00: Instruction, drills, and throwing

*Items Needed:  Appropriate shoes and athletic attire, WATER BOTTLE, towel, sunscreen and implements if you have them.
