55+ plus players signed the past 3 work outs and after. 20 players signed last year.

COST: $180 for pitchers; $280 for position players

Field 1

- Workout is planned to be 4 days. 930 am start each day. 

- Please arrive at 845 am to do your own stretching 

- Format of the workout will be determined based on how many players attend

- Jerseys with your name will be provided unless you sign up late

- You have until December 31st to sign up, December 20th for Jerseys

- Work out will be capped, so please be sure to sign up ASAP

- MLB, LMB, and mostly Independent Baseball Will be in attendance. (Confirmed & Other pending)

Please do NOT ask whos going... Ill be announcing it on Social Media as time goes on.

- Field requires TURFS or MOLDS.... NO SPIKES.

- Bring your own gear, nothing will be provided.

- LIVE GAMEs - PITCHERS prepare as a RELIEVER, YOU WILL THROW MULTIPLE DAYS (2 DAYS)

- Please have WHATSAPP Downloaded, you will be added to a group chat. ALL UPDATEs will be there.
