RULES AND REGULATIONS/ENTRY

1. The 2026 VILLA SPORT SUCCESS CHALLENGE.  Each participant will have the challenge end 8 weeks from the begin date.
2. The last day to register for the VILLA SPORT SUCCESS CHALLENGE is on the kick off date and before the kick off time. Registration fee is $69  Dicounted early bird pricing may apply. Registration will occur online.
3. Although this is an individual challenge contest, each participant will be assigned a team with a carefully chosen Villa Sport Fitness staff member that will be the team leader to encourage, motivate and play a supporting role with helping you to achieve your goals, at no additional cost to the participant.
4. Weight and body fat via the InBody 270 will be taken at the start and end of the club date you choose.  Body composition test must be performed in the alloted hours on the kick off day and finale day.  
5. Before and after photos will be taken at the kick off and finale days.  
6. Participants must schedule and attend a Fit Plan with an Villa Sport Ftiness personal trainer.
7. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
8. There are 2 age categories for both men and women. Under 40 and 40+. The age category entered reflects age at the start of your 8 weeks.
9. Villa Sport Fitness, for advertisement purposes, may use all participants’ pictures and measurements; there is no compensation to participant.

JUDGING

1. The winners will be judged on the greatest reduction in body fat percentage during the 8 weeks.

FINAL

1. VILLA SPORT FITNESS reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules with sole discretion and without notice to participants. Rule interpretation and judging decisions are final. All information and materials submitted become the sole and exclusive property of VILLA SPORT FITNESS.
2. Participants may not use anabolic steroids, or any strength enhancing prescription drugs or medication unless prescribed by a physician to treat an existing medical condition, which must be noted with a note and signature from a physician. Enhancement surgery is not permitted during your VILLA SPORT SUCCESS CHALLENGE participation. Drug and/or polygraph testing may be used for winners.
3. Each participant assumes all risk of injury, harm or loss of any kind arising from participation in the 2026 VILLA SPORT CHALLENGE, and holds VILLA SPORT FITNESS, it’s owners, employees, agents and assignees harmless from any loss and/or injury sustained as a result of their participating in said contest that is not a direct result of direct negligence by said owners, employees or agents of VILLA SPORT FITNESS. Consult with your physician or health care provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program especially if you suffer from any medical condition or regularly use prescription or over the counter medication.
4. Participants must notify VILLA SPORT FITNESS, in writing, of any changes in address, email or phone number. Winners that cannot be reached within 5 days, at the contact information listed at registration, will be disqualified. Any unclaimed prize money will be used at the discretion of VILLA SPORT FITNESS.
5. Submission of final pictures and measurements in the VILLA SPORT SUCCESS CHALLENGE, constitutes express consent and permission for VILLA SPORT FITNESS to use the entrant’s name, photographs and written responses to promote their business in media, magazines or other, without limitation or restriction, without compensation and such consent is deemed given by your entry and participation in this VILLA SPORT SUCCESS CHALLENGE. Pictures and measurements will be confidential to the judging panel until after the judging. Winning participants pictures and measurements may be used at the discretion of VILLA SPORT FITNESS and designated assignees for marketing and advertising without compensation to participants. 
6. In the event of an exact tie, the tie breaker will go to the individual with the greater percentage decrease in body weight.

PRIZES

1. There will be ONE category winner in for both men and women. The category winners will be between all 5 Villa Sport Fitness locations.

Each Category Winner will win $1,000 Amazon gift card, 3 month VILLA SPORT FITNESS membership and free entry to the next challenge.
