I agree that my daughter and I will abide by the rules of the Kate Lynch Basketball Camp, (KJBasketball LLC) and its affiliated organizations and sponsors. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with basketball and in consideration for the Kate Lynch Basketball Camp, (KJBasketball LLC) accepting my daughter for its basketball programs and activities, I hereby release, discharge, and/or otherwise indemnify the Kate Lynch Basketball Camp, (KJBasketball LLC), all camp directors, coaches, its affiliate organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including the owners of the fields and facilities used for the programs, against any claims by or on behalf of my daughter as a result of her participation in the program.

Indemnification: The Kate Lynch Basketball Camp (KJ Basketball LLC) shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Southern Connecticut State University from and against all losses, costs, expenses, damages, consequential damages, claims, and liabilities including court costs and attorney’s fees arising out of or resulting in any way form loss resulting from The Kate Lynch Basketball Camp’s use of Southern Connecticut State University property and for all of the Kate Lynch Basketball Camp’s operations.
