Core Training Focus

Each 60-minute session combines proper tackling technique, block shedding mastery, and safety fundamentals with high-intensity drills designed to develop explosive, dominant linemen. Players will experience position-specific breakouts, guest speaker presentations, and the opportunity to train both offensive and defensive positions.

4-week program starting May 9th, 2026 at Gordon Harris  Choose individual sessions at $40 each or  the complete program package at $160 for all 4 sessions. Indoor facilities available if weather requires.
