Purpose
The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to ensure a safe, respectful, and high-performance environment for all volleyball student-athletes, coaches, staff, and guests. Participation in this clinic is a privilege, and all students are expected to represent the clinic with integrity, discipline, and respect at all times.
General Student Expectations
All athletes are expected to:
1. Show Respect & Professional Behavior
2. Treat fellow campers, coaches, staff, and facility staff with
respect at all times.
3. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, inappropriate language, or
disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Follow Clinic Rules & Staff Instructions
1. Follow all clinic schedules, rules, safety guidelines or Immediately comply with instructions from coaches, counselors, and camp staff.
2. Sportsmanship & Athlete Conduct
3. Display positive sportsmanship during practices, competitions, meetings,
and downtime.
4. Encourage teammates, respect opponents, and accept coaching feedback
constructively.
Sport-Specific Expectations
Volleyball Clinic Expectations
1. Attend all training sessions, meetings, and team activities on time.
2. Demonstrate teamwork, communication, and effort during drills and scrimmages.
3. Proper use of volleyball equipment, nets, floors, and facilities is required.
4. No horseplay or unsafe activity on or around the court.
Electronics, Social Media & Conduct Online
1. Cell phones and electronic devices may only be used during designated times.
2. Posting inappropriate photos, videos, messages, or content related to clinic
activities, staff, or campers is strictly prohibited.
Zero Tolerance Policies
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate dismissal from clinic:
1. Possession or use of alcohol, drugs, vaping devices, tobacco, or illegal substances
2. Possession of weapons of any kind
3. Fighting, physical aggression, or threats
4. Theft, vandalism, or destruction of property
Dress Code
1. Clinic-issued apparel or appropriate athletic attire must be worn during all training sessions.
2. Clothing must be respectful and appropriate for a high-performance athletic
environment.
Disciplinary Actions
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in:
1.Immediate dismissal from clinic without refund.

I understand that participation in this High Performance Volleyball Clinic requires adherence to this Student Code of Conduct. I agree to follow all rules, expectations, and instructions.
I have reviewed this Code of Conduct with my child and understand the expectations and consequences.
This Code of Conduct is subject to updates at the discretion of Tiga Inc. administration.
