DURING THE CHALLENGE

Each participant will receive emails every week that will include a video and fitness tips from Trainer Mike.

Free Saturday morning boot camps will be held in person each Saturday at the following times per location.

• 9am Fairview/Cole
• 10am Meridian
• 11am Parkcenter
• 12pm Village

REQUIRED CRITERIA

• Each person participating in the challenge is required to attend the mandatory challenge kickoff meeting and challenge finale meeting at the date and time indicated above.  Participants must complete and submit their "before" InBody270 body composition results sheet during the kick off party at their respective location.  InBody tests must be performed the day before the kick off party from 6-7pm or the day of the kick off party between 9am and 6pm.

• "After" results sheets must be submitted at the finale party with NO EXCEPTIONS. 
  • InBody tests must be performed the day before the finale party from 6-7pm or the day of the finale party between 9am and 6pm.
• Challenge participants must complete and turn in an InBody270 results sheet to be entered into the challenge.

CHALLENGE CATEGORIES

There are 2 age groups under Male/Female categories - Under 40 and 40+.

Category Winners:

An Amazon gift card of $250 goes to the winner of each category (per club) that has the greatest decrease in body fat percentage as measured by the InBody 270. They will also receive a 6 month membership and a free entry to the next challenge!  

Overall Winners:

2 overall winners (1 Male and 1 Female) will receive 2 years membership credit and 10 30-minute personal training sessions and a supplement and a custom gym bag!

This CHALLENGE is organized with team spirit in mind!

It is an exciting way to share, support and provide accountability. You will have the opportunity to pick a team of your choice with a fitness professional.  If you do not have a preference of which team you would like to be on, you will be assigned to a team.

Each person participating in the challenge will have a MyZone heart rate monitor to aid in accomplishing your individual weight loss goals.  You will have the accountability of knowing exactly how hard you are working each time you exercise as well as receiving feedback from your team leader and other members of your challenge team.  

Weekly challenges for most MEP's will be a part of this Success Challenge.  Each week, the top MEP's will receive a gift card to BRIXX restaurant.
