Beginner String Orchestra 2026-27

Learn to play violin, viola or cello in a fun group setting with expert teachers!  Beginner Orchestra is open to students entering grades 3-5 (2nd grade students who have prior instrument lesson experience may email fifthsymphonymusic@gmail.com to request approval to join.)  This class is designed for students with less than two years expereince on their instrument.  New students will learn the fundamentals of proper positioning, parts of the instrument, how to play notes and songs within the D major scale, and begin to learn to read music.  Continuing learners will review and build upon their skills and learn new songs.  Students will perform together in a concert at the end of the program.  Let's make music together!
